Policies

General Policy:

• We only install products that we sell.
• We are not responsible for customer supplied measurements and calculations.
• We are not responsible for DIY installation problems.
• Quoted prices are good for 60 days

Wallpaper Policy:

• All wallpaper must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
• No returns after 14 days.  A 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.
• All returns must be unopened
• All refunds are made by mailed check.

Window Coverings Policy:

• A minimum 50% deposit on all orders.  No returns on window coverings orders.
• There will be a minimum ¼” deducted from each side for all inside mounted products.
